說明及特點:

1、該型分切機適合於分切PE、PP、PET,PVC等塑料薄膜，複合膜， 

膜（mó），彩印膜。是（shì）薄膜、薄片二次加工以及彩印包裝企業的理想機（jī）型。

2、整機由PLC集中控製（三矢量電機）並采用觸（chù）摸屏人機界麵對整機進行集中操作。

3、放（fàng）卷采用啟動刹車製動器，由PLC自動計算卷徑實現自動漲力（lì）控製。

4、牽引控製由（yóu）一台矢量變頻電機驅動，實（shí）現恒線（xiàn）速度控製，並有xiao地隔斷收放（fàng）卷張力之間的相互影響。

5、收卷軸采用氣漲軸收卷（juàn）由二台矢量變頻電機獨立（lì）驅動，收卷張力控製，根（gēn）據收卷直徑，分切厚度，設定張力等參數，由PLC運算實現自動張力遞增。（可選滑差氣漲軸）

6、收卷（juàn）軸壓輥離合采用氣動裝置，壓力大小通過調壓閥控製，（壓輥（gǔn）采用平推式）。

7、放卷裝卸（xiè）料采用氣（qì）漲軸裝卸料，氣動鎖緊，料卷氣動升降（jiàng），裝卸料方便、效率高。

8、放卷EPC糾編裝置搭配（pèi）CCD影像傳感器，可準確控製端麵精度。

9、分切采（cǎi）用直刀分切裝置，端麵整齊，有邊廢（fèi）料風送。（紙張需購置（zhì）圓刀分切裝置）

10、整機由同（tóng）步帶、同步輪為傳動（dòng）方式，執行與鎖緊采用氣動方式

11、牽引導輥：靜平衡鋁合金導輥，表麵（miàn）硬化處理 

12、係統具有啟動緩衝、停車防鬆、計米（mǐ）定長（zhǎng），定速、卷徑運算等分切功能。

13、係統具有完（wán）善的機、電、氣一體化設計，並采用完備的防護措施。
